More and More is becoming known about gluten free foot

I had just been over one week without wheat products. I feel fine. I think I will stay with this program until, well , I don't know until when.

I do want other people who have conditions of health they can't solve, to try gluten free foods as their first line of defence.

3 weeks Gluten free

It has now been a total of three weeks without gluten in my diet.  Why you say?  I wanted to get rid of a reocurring headache I had been having.  It was just  a whim, a shot in the dark, just a method I thought I would try.  I don't really know how the idea came to me.  I am glad it did.

The result is that I do not have the headache back.  That is enough to satisfy me, because trying to go on with a headache wears you down.

There is no magic to the glutenfree diet.  I replaced everything that I had eaten that contained gluten with gluten free products.  Eg.  gluten free flour, gluten free bread, glutenfree cookies, glutenfree cereal, glutenfree donuts, glutenfree snacks, well you get the idea.  Some of these items are pricey, but for one person it is very manageable without going broke.

I still hae rice, potatoes, various legumes etc.  A lot of vegetables.  I did have a healthy diet in the past, and so this switchover for me was not hard.

Besides the removal so far of the main symptom of the headache, I notices another benefit.  I get better results on bathroom trips, if you know what I mean.  I had been using supplements for that for years.

As well as that benefit, there is one other I have noticed.  I believe I have a better state of my mind.  What I mean is that I am thinking more clearly.  I rarely have those so called fuzzy mements, where concentration is a challenge.

So on total 3 great benefits so far on this 3 week journey.

So with these two great results so far
